You’ll be part of the team that welcomes kids to meet Santa, distributes toys, and makes sure every little visitor leaves with a happy heart. Whether you’re handing out toys, helping with photos, or guiding families through the line, your presence ensures the experience feels smooth, cheerful, and full of wonder.
You’ll also help keep the donation box in sight, giving guests the chance to support local nonprofits in a meaningful way—simply through friendly conversation and sharing the spirit of the market.
From setup to cleanup, you’ll be part of the energy, excitement, and joy that makes this market special. By the end of the evening, you’ll walk away knowing you helped bring a little holiday magic to your community—and created memories that families will treasure long after the lights go down.
Please arrive at the Courtyard Entrance Welcome Booth, midway between Jackson and Washington Streets on 10th Street, at the start of your shift. This is where you’ll check in, meet your team, and get any materials or instructions from the Volunteer Manager, Theresa, before your shift begins.
