The City of Dubuque in partnership with the University of Dubuque is hosting a pop-up festival to celebrate Universal Children's Day and recognize the importance of children's rights! There will be stations with different fun and educational activities to get people thinking and talking about their emotions.
We are looking for volunteers to help with set up, activities at the different stations, and tear down!
