Dubuque Area Labor Management Council Mission Statement Maintain a positive labor-management environment which is conducive to workforce retention and new business attraction by providing a forum to improve and expand labor-management collaboration in the private and public sector within the tri-state area.

Summerfest Dubuque is a fund raiser for the Education to Employment grant program for students to earn in the skilled occupations in the tri state area.
