ASAC is a nonprofit organization formed in 1978. We’ve grown to become Eastern Iowa’s leading provider of substance use and problem gambling prevention, treatment, and recovery services. We accept patients from anywhere in Iowa. Our primary service area includes the counties of Benton, Clinton, Delaware, Dubuque, Jackson, Jones, and Linn.
Our mission is to promote brain health and substance use recovery while fostering community well-being through individualized care, education, harm reduction, and advocacy.
