Open Closet

The Open Closet is open to the public in need—men, women and children of all ages. Items are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis—completely free of charge. All inventory is received through donations of clothing, shoes, hygiene, bedding, and household items.

We are looking for volunteers who enjoy a colorful working environment and want to provide a valuable service to the community.

Volunteers will restock apparel, sort through donated items, hang and fold clothes. During the public events, we keep the area looking good, remove empty hangers, rearrange displays, and pack the shoppers' clothing. We assist clients with selection, if needed.
