You’ll greet Santa, escort him as he prepares for the big moment, and make sure he’s in place and ready to wow the crowd. From guiding him to his seat to keeping the flow of the Courtyard moving safely, you’ll help create a seamless experience for everyone there.
It’s a front-row role in the holiday magic—you’ll see the twinkling lights, hear the crowd’s excitement, and be part of the countdown that brings the tree to life. Your attention and care help ensure that families, kids, and visitors have a memorable, joyful experience, and that Santa’s visit goes off without a hitch.

Please arrive at the Courtyard Entrance Welcome Booth, midway between Jackson and Washington Streets on 10th Street, at the start of your shift. This is where you’ll check in, meet your team, and get any materials or instructions from the Volunteer Manager, Theresa, before your shift begins.
