As we prepare to officially open our gates to the public, we’re inviting volunteers to participate in a special training experience during on Friday, June 12.
This event brings together our local first responders and community partners, along with their families, for a relaxed, exploratory visit to Wanderwood Gardens. It’s a unique opportunity for them to become familiar with our space in a low-pressure setting, while enjoying time with their families.
During this event, volunteers will help create a welcoming environment while also supporting our broader safety goals. You will:
- Help orient and greet families as they arrive
- Model a warm, inclusive, and family-friendly atmosphere
- Assist with wayfinding, safety awareness, and general event flow
